1. Program Name & Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Battle House related to:

Booking confirmations, reminders, and party-planning follow-ups

Delivery of a discount code or party information you've requested

Customer support communications and answers to inquiries

Message frequency varies — typically 2–4 messages per month, though this may be higher during an active booking conversation.

2. Cost & Message/Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel this SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number you're receiving messages from. After you text STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation SMS that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again.

4. Rejoining the Program

If you've opted out and want to rejoin, sign up again the same way you did originally — for example, by resubmitting your information through our website, lead form, or booking form — or contact us directly at the details in Section 8 and we will re-enroll you. We do not automatically resubscribe anyone who has opted out.

6. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to your carrier network, device, or any other circumstance outside our control.

7. Not a Condition of Purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods, services, or booking with Battle House.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to submit your phone number and consent to receive text messages from us. Party booking forms are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child, not by the child directly.

9. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers; availability may vary by carrier and device.

10. Privacy

That policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and confirms that we do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

11. Compliance with Industry Standards

This SMS program is operated in accordance with CTIA guidelines and applicable carrier requirements for Application-to-Person (A2P) text messaging, including 10DLC and short code industry standards.

Continued use of our SMS program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
